Priscilla laid (or is it layed? pfft! whichever) in the nest box today. It took her forever tho. In and out, in and out. But she did it so I am happy. We got 7 eggs from 8 girls. So I have another layer starting back up, which is nice. Just 1 more to go then all of them will be back in action.
Ps... Only 3 more weeks until my littles arrive!![]()
I hate car troubles with a passion. It's always nice to NOT have a car note. I have my car paid off also and would love to have a new vehicle. Especially since it seems like I've had a lot of issues out of it. All of them have been fixable except 1 so far. I had a squirrel or mouse or something take a BITE out of a hose that goes to my gas tank. Which isn't covered by Ins. (we have full coverage). What is the kicker tho is you can't just replace the hose. It is not removable from the gas tank. So you have to buy a whole new tank. Thanks Chevy!
So to have it replaced and installed would be about $2000. If my hubby wanted to do it himself, it would be about $1300.
All over a squirrel.
I'm not leaking fuel so I deal with the sensor constantly lighting up on my dash. Sometimes it may affect my gas mileage. I'll deal with it for a while longer lol.
I think that would be a noble job that could be very fulfilling. Especially in knowing that you would be helping to make a difference in someone else's life. It would take a lot of commitment and dedication.
That sucks! I hope it doesn't turn out to be anything major.![]()
He's just making sure you don't disappear on him. Here this will give you something to do while you wait for help.
Yikes! We’ve had to replace so many things on my truck it’s crazy. I was, for a long while, dangerously driving on super corroded sway bars. The mechanic asked how the truck didn’t fall apart at the slightest bump lolIt's always nice to NOT have a car note. I have my car paid off also and would love to have a new vehicle. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze. It was the only car I’ve ever owned that was brand new when I bought it. I’ve always stuck to buying cars that were at least a couple yrs old. I’ve already had a water pump, fuel pump, thermostat, the casing that holds the water so your car doesn’t overheat crack on me. I think a couple other issues. It’s been frustrating lol. What kind of Chevy do you have? My2007 Acadia is in the shop now.
