Oh lord, don’t get me started on my lost license fiasco.

Too late... lol!
Went to the dmv to get a replacement and was told that they needed my first divorce certificate and my new marriage license to “prove” who I am. I got divorced in 1998 for cripes sake! Remarried in ‘06. Like they didn’t need this proof for the last 15 years of issuing me license??
Luckily I was able to mail-order both vital records ($12 each), I thought I was going to have to go get in person, 2 hour drive away.
I used my concealed weapons carry permit the couple of times to buy cigarettes

I accidentally pulled out my license to carry at the airport once instead of my DL as they are kept together. They would not accept it, not considered a legal form of ID. I thought that was interesting since it is kind of a federal process to get one, certainly state.

They accepted mine after leaving my DL at the outgoing airport. Only other form of state issued ID I had. "state issued ID" should have been accepted.

DL was waiting at lost & found at the TSA desk where "I" left it. Made for an interesting business trip. Glad I didn't have to walk home.

TSA. "Get naked. Show us your ID."
I left my ID in my pants.
"Don't move. Why don't you have ID with you? You should have your ID at all times."
You made me take it out of my wallet and protective carrying case...

Yes, I'm still mad.

Last year as I was walking in an aisle at Home Depot, I spotted a Driver's License laying on the floor. I picked it up and turned it in at the returns desk. Hopefully they contacted the owner.

Interesting sight to see as we were going down my driveway. It’s probably hard to tell but these are turkey vultures. A whole bunch of them. Kind of an ominous sight eh? I hope they are just passing through.

We are getting ice drizzle right now and more winter weather coming...bad enough...then our friend posted this on his Facebook page last night. Alan Broerse is a retired police officer turned weather chaser/earthquake reporter/artist/etc.

We have hundreds that roost on the high power line towers. Natures clean up crew!

@Texas Kiki how many days in an incubator before you should see veining? I threw my swimming duck eggs in the bator for grins on Sunday. I just peeked and don't see anything but may be too early? I really doubt anything will happen as I have no idea how long they were in the water.

Not sure about duck eggs because I haven't ever set brand new fresh eggs before but with chicken eggs I think I could tell by day 3.
