Thanks, I might look into these but I already use/have Google stuffs and I kinda prefer to use something that I already know/don't have to set up a new account for.

I don't know about the other two other than they claim to be free but Survey Monkey should be reliable as it has been around for a long time.

In our own ways, we are all picky.

If it were mine, I would leave it open all of the time. Others may have a different opinion.
When I'm hatching ducklings, I might have a vent plug handy to help keep the humidity up in the Hovabator. Humidity is increased by surface area, not volume thus the use of more channels in hatching and sponges.

Speaking of incubators....
The alarm on mine was going off like crazy yesterday. It was flashing, saying there had been a power failure. First the temp was too low to register, then it shot up to 107! I think that I've lost 3 doz babies. :hit
I've had chicks hatch when outdoor temperatures were 110 degrees.

It is never a good idea to ass-u-me anything.
