Oh and also usually I make myself eggs in the morning, or at least lately since this health kick (before I would often just skip breakfast
), but I can’t eat any of my eggs atm

Yeah I probably could. Never made soup before I don’t think but want to start making it. Thinking maybe veggie or chicken broth or something. Or maybe chicken noodle or something. I just was starving/sick atm and wanted something really quick and simple and then this morning I wanted something quick before I had to go to work, although technically I guess I could have just waited and eaten something a little more substantial since I was only there a half hour, 40 minutes. But then I didn’t eat when I got home. Idk why.
And do you mean like a raw salad instead of cooking the greens down? Cause I am having a bunch of cooked greens with it. Are the raw ones more filling? I guess they are bigger?

Try getting yourself on a schedule. Stop staying up late. Wake up on time in the morning. Eat meals at mealtimes. If you keep moving your schedule around and skipping meals your body is going to keep changing when it says it's hungry and it's going to work against your goals of being healthier.
Just because you drank some water a bit ago doesn't mean your body isn't still thirsty, most people aren't able to accurately determine between feelings of hunger or thirst. That being said, if you don't have a filling meal you will get hungry again before the next meal.

I mean salad in addition to the cooked greens. The cooked greens are great for you but not super filling. A salad with the greens & chicken is good for you & fills up the empty space without adding a lot of unwanted stuff. Canned soup is super easy. It sounds like you're avoiding dairy so don't buy anything 'creamed'. Amys brand has soups that are pretty clean & good for you.
I'd put a scoop of cooked quinoa on the greens. Are you avoiding grains for some reason? They are filling and quinoa is good stuff. It takes about 5-10 minutes to cook and I usually make 4 servings at a time (it reheats quickly in the pan and tastes good cold in a salad!)
