Did you eat it?!
I can't eat cereal because both of the Grain and the dairy make me sick to my stomach now that I have quit eating them. I used to eat a bowl every night when we'd watch our late night shows and once I stopped, I lost 7lbs in 2 weeks and I felt so much better in the morning! I was no longer starving when I woke up and I can say that I truly did not realize how awful I was feeling until I finally learned what it was like to feel GOOD. I bet if you watched what time you ate, that would be a good start. Don't eat anything after 7 pm. I don't think the cereal is that bad, but the timing is.

DEAL!! :highfive:

:woot

:yesss:

All these fluffy babies are KILLING ME!! :love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love:love

I didn’t end up eating it but did have yogurt, honey, and blueberries. But yeah, part of why I didn’t eat it is I remember that lately every time I start eating it again and decide to have even just a bowl, it usually causes pain/bowel issues again when milk never used to, and also the grains or something makes me feel kinda funny, not really a headache but just weird, so i dont usually eat it anymore either, but last night i decided it wasn’t worth the troubles haha

My brother and family had to camp out at the airport last night until the water went down enough for them to get home. It was a nightmare.

The rain has stopped for now and the water is going down buttttt more rain is on the way. We usually only deal with this dumb flooding issues later in the summer. We are starting early this year. We better not get a dang hurricane again this year.

Wow that sounds really scary!!

I know you don't want to go to bed on a full stomach because that's just asking for reflux and poor sleep. But snacking near bedtime is also typical of people staying up too late. Your body is sending fatigue signals and rather than giving it rest, you're taking in more fuel to offset that fatigue. But you don't need fuel, you need rest!

I never thought of it being fuel/waking me up better.... and i am guilty of late night snacking  and i havent really gotten reflux lately but sometimes i do or just sleep bad and wake up a lot ha

But that sai,d why 7!? That seems sooooo early!! :th I am assuming the idea is to go at least 12 hours without eating and most people wake up around 7 so it works? And/or to stop eating a few hours before bed and most people go to sleep around 9 or 10? So it also works there. But I stay up until AT LEASt 10, usually 11 or 12 or sometimes later, like 1 or 2, though I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier lately, but definitely not before 11, so if I stopped eating at 7, I would be STARVING before then, and definitely wouldn’t work hah I’m thinking 8 or 9 or something might be good though. Although even then I will probably still be hungry but no possible way I could stop at freaking 7 lol that is just way too early.

Drink a glass of water. Walk around for a few minutes. Wait another ten minutes. Then reevaluate if you are actually hungry.

I already drink a huge glass of water and that was kind of a while ago. Definitely way over 10 minutes.

But I am definitely actually hungry and actually feel kind of sick/physically weak because I didn’t really eat any breakfast. well, I did but just some greens. Granted kind of a lot of greens but still. Cooked the spinach, baby Swiss chard, baby bok choy mix again and also cooked some kale separately (cause it takes longer), kind of burnt the kale, but still good. And a lot, the greens filled a plate, but that was all I ate. I meant to also eat a banana with peanut butter with it but then I was going to be late to work if I did so I just finished up the greens and left. And that was all I’ve eaten all day. Granted, that was only at like 11:20, 11:30, so it wasn’t that long ago, but still. I probably shouldn’t be so hungry but then again that’s not really a full meal. Idk. Plus I kind of cleaned my room a bit and got myself all dehydrated, so that’s probably part of it too and probably part of the being sick but still.

But now I just finished making myself lunch (late, I know. I’ve kind of procrastinated on eating till now but I wasn’t really hungry  plus I was cleaning and then I just kind of sat for a while  ) but anyway, finally made myself food. Just having chicken and more greens hah was gonna have celery or banana and PB too but may just stick with the chicken and greens. Idk.

But I was definitely actually hungry. So hungry in fact I almost binged on shit

In the future could you add some broth based soup or a salad with that? Both would be low calorie & help you feel full & more satisfied.

Yeah I probably could. Never made soup before I don’t think but want to start making it. Thinking maybe veggie or chicken broth or something. Or maybe chicken noodle or something. I just was starving/sick atm and wanted something really quick and simple and then this morning I wanted something quick before I had to go to work, although technically I guess I could have just waited and eaten something a little more substantial since I was only there a half hour, 40 minutes. But then I didn’t eat when I got home. Idk why.

And do you mean like a raw salad instead of cooking the greens down? Cause I am having a bunch of cooked greens with it. Are the raw ones more filling? I guess they are bigger?
