Cleaned the brooders yesterday and moved growing chicks to the barn.
Will begin the sorting process this morning after I resolve some computer issues! Wifi is dropping my IPad as I'm trying to set up my hubby's Patient Portal with the heart hospital...been on the phone with the portal provider...new technology can be frustrating to this old woman! :he:caf:oops:
Almost used all the battery on the iPad so having to recharge it.

Nope, toads get a free pass in the garden.
Love toads! We have a couple of large ones resident on the property. Then every year the baby toads migrate from the water where they are born right up the road to where ever they are going. On good years there are hundreds!

BTW @Texas Kiki I tagged you on this but I don't think you saw ...:)

When I first made my goldfish pond, the toads went crazy. They would produce about 1200 new toads every year. The goldfish and rosy red minnow population exploded and they now devour every toad egg that gets laid. Fortunately there are other places the toads can procreate.

We had a ton of rain this spring. I have to keep stopping when mowing to let the baby toads get out of the way

:thumbsup I would love to have a goldfish pond, ... I can watch them on yt tho haha

:thumbsup My brother worries for them but if the mower is at a reasonable height, it seems to leave them unscathed.
 
Of course there would be a crash during rush hour when traffic is already bad enough in the direction where everybody is going. Of course there would be. :rolleyes: And of course my gas light would come on during said traffic. Of course it would. :rolleyes:

Taking like 20 damn minutes to get to the mall, a 5-10 minute trip at most haha
