@cyrus - Koreans don't do Balut (I'm half). I did see that video of "hatching" out of the egg, interesting. You got the space in your HUGE incubator ;)

I'm 1/4 Korean. I know they don't do Balut.
I may try the shelless incubation during winter when I have nothing better to do :p
 
Apparently, you crack open a fertile egg into a cup that has plastic wrap inside of it. You then tightly cover said egg with plastic wrap and leave it to incubate.

I think in the one successful video I saw, they had to supplement a bit of calcium to make up for the lack of egg shell.
