I'm fond of some of it. I find that it's just like cartoons some are decent, some are crap, but if you're not the intended audience there's no point in critiquing it. I like the ones aimed at boys better but I'm the same way with American cartoons too. I don't care for any of the adult cartoons like King of the Hill, Simpsons, South Park.
The voices are easier on the ear in their original language with subtitles verses the English voice overs.

It's funny - most of the irresponsible people I know are around my own age or a bit older. I know more responsible young (early 20's) people than ever.

That's a subculture over there kinda like Goths over here. You'll find people into anime calling each other otaku (someone who is really into anime) but that's an insult in Japan.

Depends on where they work, but usually not. Japan is really strict on work attire.

Yeah, I tend towards watching the uber violent as well. What was that one on NF like a minute ago? That one kinda cracked me up. Devilman Crybaby. That was it.
I also like the idea behind Berserk, but It's so gnarly I can't stomach much at once.

I like funny rather than horror. One punch man on Netflix is hilarious!

I LOVE cartoons. I love the Simpsons, Futurama, King of the Hill, South Park, Rick and Morty, Archer, The Venture Brothers (probably my favorite)... I'm not into the stoner cartoons though. There has to be some semblance of a plot.
I also really love stop motion.
