Ok, just checking. It seems to give them a boost, or at least that's been my experience using it with weak chicks. Hope for the best with the little one!I have. I believe she has had at least a quarter mL at this point.

So mom just casually informed me that I have $93 dollars to use to buy more eggs.
But she capped me at a dozen an order. I just asked the seller if I could order another dozen.
I plan on saving the rest of the money to use to purchase eggs from different stock and breeds next spring.
If only I had enough money to import something specific![]()

Brilliant idea! I will try that in a few hours!I think I saw where you said she is drinking but not eating...have you tried turning her chick starter into a slurry with the nutridrench to see if you can get her to "drink" anything that would give her more nourishment? Just a stray thoughtie....
So it used to be they would save the roos hackles when they butchered them...when I was a kid there was ads in the paper a couple times a year looking for squirrel tail and hackle feathers.. after trapping season they were looking for fur pelts too.Y'all! Thanks to a facebooker I learned which birds are used for feather hair extensions! They are called genetic hackle bred roosters. Or just genetic hackle roosters. You've got to look them up if you haven't seen them. They're incredible! They're also used for fly fishing lures. And it is true the birds are harvested and skinned to collect the feathers!![]()
