I can't do dogs in the bed. I keep them each a nice dog bed and I don't mind if they get on the couch but I don't want them sleeping with me. I don't know what is is about it but I can't do it.

I can't stand dogs on any of my furniture. It's disgusting. They're dogs. They sleep on dog beds or the floor. I don't allow them in the kitchen and when they are in my house, they are laying in their spots. No playing indoors, no approaching the table for scraps.

I am not a monster like Conan though. The pupper is allowed on the bed when it is not is use cause it makes her fell more safe during storms. Also I am actually a huge pushover.

I'm with you. My dogs have their own room with a doggie door to their own fenced yard. Dog beds in their room, they get couch access in the family room but no people bedroom access. I'm allergic to dogs but have always had at least 2!

I'd guess that they had already started development before set, because that is insanely early if that's really when they were set. I'm pretty sure any temp high enough to cause such a fast hatch would be high enough to hardboil them too!

You guys My bantam really hatched two chicks from my next door neighbor BOTH early.(I need to go look at my thread about it to see exactly when) But he collected those eggs, gave them to me and I walked to my coop and stuck them under her. I got home late one night and put my hands under her to be sure no one had laid in her nest and i about fell out when I felt two little completely dried off fluff balls. Everyone had told me they wouldn't hatch til say 21 but they hatched early. I belive it was day 19. Just checked thread... sorry it was Day 20 but still early.

Air cells for ducks at day 18 should be way smaller than chicken eggs at day 18.

I figured since duck incubation is much longer but I wasn’t entirely sure.

I've had a few day 20 hatches, they aren't super unusual.
