If you look at the YouTube channel for Slightly Rednecked, he does a video making jalapeno quail poppers. I think he bakes them in the oven though.

Plucking was a crap shoot. Ending up skinning anyway.

@KikisGirls give the Rat a turtleneck. Use those short crew socks. Cut just below the heel for holes for the front legs. The toe covers the rear if you make a hole or slit for his tail.
We had teacup Chihuahua as well as regular sized and jumbo...a total of 19 tappers. Our smallest weighed 13 ounces and our biggest was 13 pounds.
