Congrats on the 2 ducklings! Very inspiring, I'll try this experiment too someday. Did you get the balut eggs from an asian store? The one near me also carries balut eggs (a flat of 25 - refrigerated with the chicken eggs).

Yes I bought the balut eggs from an Asian grocery store but they were not in the refrigerator.
