I don't like spicy, so that's why I used bell pepper instead of something stronger. I only butchered 6 quail, so just this one pan. The boys were getting rowdy and the girls were losing head feathers, so the boys had to go.

I will probably try different variations of this recipe until I find a favorite. I am still learning how to cook quail and what recipes are good. I still need to cook the legs, was going to do that tonight. Thinking some sort of honey glaze/sauce.

The honey glaze would be my suggestion. Orange juice is wonderful making with a honey glaze. Not too much soy sauce. It'll spike things too much. Marinate in the orange juice. The acid does wonders. Like always.

That's only fair. It's that or start snapping pics of her showering to blackmail her with. Up to her, really.

Monsters are so misunderstood. I really don't think of you as a monster. Monsters are people too! (Or should that be people are monsters?!? Anyway, I digress.) More like something so grotesque that I'm drawn to. Like a wil-o-wisp. A Siren of Ulysses'. Maybe even a Harpy. :love
