➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I have to move 10 whole minutes straight!? :eek: that’s a lot of time to fill!! But probably good. Sometimes I try to remember to get up every 20 minutes or half hour or so but that is harder to do. But I do need to remember to at least get up every hour or so. I did work out today though and I think the other day. I am trying to do that more but hard to remember and I am lazy. But my current lifestyle is likely extremely dangerous. Sometimes I just run up and down the stairs a bunch until I start panting and/or my legs start burning which doesn’t take long lol
I go out and check for eggs before they freeze
 
Clean a bathroom, a floor, run stairs, do laundry, play with the dogs, play with the cats, do dishes and stay off the internet!

I need to do more around the house because that is my other problem. I currently don’t clean, don’t do my own laundry (I can and have a few times but usually it just stacks up into a huge pile until I have no clothes to wear and my mom ends up doing it. And often I just wear the same thing every day.), don’t do dishes or vacuum, don’t do anything besides sit on my ass and eat sugar and damage my eyes and body by sitting for hours and hours at a time/usually literally all day on the iPad, and way hunched over too. :oops:

Also we don’t have a dog anymore since Gator. Franklin and Libby are DB & FSIL’s dogs. Could play with the cat but she mostly sleeps. I should definitely stay off the internet though. Maybe read a book or something. The worst part is I know it is affecting my body/can feel it and having some issues but still do it.

Yes...you have to move more. The more often you move the easy it will become.
I'm not talking about doing jumping jacks for ten minutes straight now...just walk at least.

Huh, that’s true. Maybe I will do that. I did work out today a tiny bit. No sit ups or push ups or anything but 4 leg stretch/lunge thingy, 2 each side, 5 squats (usually do way more but my legs were burning), and 25 jumping jacks lol and some stretches and breathing things. But I think I will go run up and down some stairs and then eat.

Good idea!! Speaking of which, totally forgot to check for eggs today. They are probably frozen. Oh well I guess. But I will do that tomorrow! Plus good for me to check the chickens more often. I don’t even always do that every day because the food and water lasts so long.

@KDOGG331 - have you tried tabata style workouts? Five minutes minimum. They kick your ass and you have zero excuses because they are so fast.

No I haven’t but that sounds promising!!

Wash, dry and put away.
