Opposite issue here. I dislike the feeling of water on my hands so I have to constantly remind myself to wash them when needed.

Oh wow! I can understand that though, I hate it when my sleeves get wet, which happens kinda often cause I wash my hands so much and typically wrists too and often wear long sleeves. Then the sleeve gets really wet and it really really annoys me. Not the same thing given my issue is more with the wet sleeve than the water but still. I can kinda see why you’d have that issue. So does water from the shower bug you too or just hands?

I don't like showers either. Honestly, I'd rather have muddy hands than wet ones. My gripe is how my skin feels when most of the water has dripped/been toweled off but not all. That drives me insane. Unfortunately, health codes say wet > muddy, so I suffer in silence.

Yeah, sorry, diet probably was not the right word. But I am going to be cutting out most of that stuff still :( my issue is I usually can’t just do moderation, I eat a lot or not at all, so taking it slow is kinda hard but when I try to do cold turkey and cut everything out, I fail, then get mad
I know you hate lists, but this is where they can help you. Make a list of things you will eat and stick to it. Make yourself accountable.
Another thing is... if you want it, make it yourself. At least you will have to put in some effort (no, cookies in a tube does not count as "making" cookies) and your less healthy snacks won't be full of preservatives.
You should still enjoy the things you love. Cutting them all out at once will likely limit you too much and cause relapses or failure. Small steps. Little bit at a time.

That’s understandable!! And I hate that too! Lol that’s why I waste so many paper towels making sure my hands are COMPLETELY dry. Well, and so I can use the electronics again immediately

Agree. All at once lifestyle overhauls sound nice, but they're not realistic.
I changed habits one day at a time. Because I didn't mix up everything at once, I'm now serving veggie hash for breakfast and getting no complaints. I've changed cleaning systems over a period of years to keep the house more presentable and to give me more free time to spend on things I love. It's a process, but it's a doable one.

It's still not the same until they've air dried for a while. :sick
I probably sound neurotic, huh?

Hm, thart’s a good idea!! Never thought of it like that! Might make a list then! But there are so many foods in the world to include them all lol but that is a good idea.

And oh another good idea! I actually have been meaning to make cookies but too lazy and bought cookie dough like a week or two ago and made them. Eaten in like a day. I am going to start only making my own and not being lazy aha

And hm, I suppose that’s true!! Especially since I do have a bit of an addictive personality and genetically so I definitely want to be successful. But then there is the problem of me feeling like I am doing too small of steps, going too slow, failing

Tzatziki is a delicious cucumber yogurt dip that is used in a lot of Greek food. It's awesome!

Oooooohhhhhhhhh that sounds delicious and way better than ranch!! Lol
