15) Dry your clothes on the line. There is no conceivable reason you shouldn’t. Line dry takes less than an hr of dry time in the summer.
Don't believe everything that is posted. There is a conceivable reason to not dry clothes on a line. No one where I live has a clothes line. I put one up briefly. Because of the wind and constant dust, the clothes would end up dirtier than they were before they were washed.

And due to the humidity here, they only work OK on sunny days. When it rains, they don't work at all. ;)

That and the dogs thought it was great fun to grab the billowy sheets, pull them off and drag them through the septic sprinkler. I was not amused.

I do hang denim in the house to dry to save energy. Denim and comforters take forever to dry in a tumble machine.

that is very true....
I dry clothes in the house in the winter and only certain days outside the rest of the year. When the fields aren't blowing dust everywhere. Sure can't when I burn or put manure on the garden either

Well, I got a nice surprise when I went out to clean all of the coops just a few minutes ago. I saw this in the duck coop.

An egg next to the fake one I am keeping in there. So I asked my husband if he collected Annabelle’s egg this morn when he let all the animals out. Before he could text me back and after grabbing it myself, I could tell it wasn’t Annabelle’s. Here is a comparison.

Looks like a little Luna egg. :love It’s been a long time since she last laid. This is only #2 for her. So they took a break over the winter. I guess she is going to be starting back up here soon. :celebrate Now I’ll be on the lookout for Xena too. :wee
