I needed up just meeting my dad at Subway. But I got wheat bread this time instead of white/Italian and I got the chicken breast instead of my usual lunch meat (usually roast beef but sometimes something else) or tuna haha and I got no cheese and loaded it with vegetables haha got spinach, tomato, green peppers, banana peppers, cucumber, and copied my dad and just got oil and vinegar and salt and pepper.
It was good and seemed way healthier and less dense than my usual super dense/heavy choices with loads of white bread and zero vegetables
Not the greatest choice, of course, was looking forward to making Kiki’s recipe tonight, and actually started to, but didn’t really have much of a choice so I made the best of it and loaded it with vegetables at least/tried to pick the healthiest option haha
