⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

I actually found out several years after having donated that I should never have been allowed to donate. Hubs donated and was sent a letter banning him because he was in Europe during the mad cow fiasco. He was only there for three weeks. I grew up there! I was never even asked though and it never occurred to me to mention it to them in high school. I still don't know what thats all about.
Anyone have any insight?
it’s a prion disease......lots of people are extremely scared by it. prions are even smaller and harder to detect than viruses. after the early 80s when many people contracted diseases like HIV and Hep C from blood transfusions, they started increased testing in addition to more strict screening of blood donation. in fact, I doubt I could donate now due to tattoos.....i can’t remember the exact rules regarding that

I know that tattoos would get you barred for at least a year.

I used to know a woman that didn't like chocolate. I would make the banana bread for her without chocolate chips. People that don't like chocolate are just plain weird. But she was a cutie.
I've been called worse. I am cute, though. Chocolate has a place. Muffins, even though they are just large cookies, really don't appeal to me with chocolate. You can't enjoy the chocolatiness when the chips are lost in a mass of dough, imho.

A nice dark chocolate, pair with walnuts or fruit, is delightful. Bursting with flavor and they compliment each other. Unlike soft serve dipped in chocolate plastic whose only purpose is to deliver sugar straight to the brain.

Why was Batty called Bubbles? That does sound like an interesting bit of trivia. :caf
