I have 12 shipped Ameraucana eggs in the incubator this is day 6. I just pulled them out tonight to get a first look at the air cells. Quite a few are saddled and one is completely detached I think. Any tilting moves it like an air bubble on a level.

4 aren't viable, one may have quit already but so far 7 are showing growth. Oddly enough the detached air cell is one of them. I'm curious to see what the hatch rate on these will be.

This is my third batch of shipped eggs in 2 months, apparently I do love a challenge. :p

I have quite a few hatching eggs in the incubator and in lockdown:

Lockdown:
- 4 BLRW
- 8 Olive Egger/Americanas
- 8 Bielefelders
- 1 Svart Hona
- 5 French Black Copper Marans

Incubator:
- 11 Lavender Orpingtons
- 6 Ayam Cemani

I already have a couple Olive Eggers hatched out and quite a few BLRW pipped. My only issue is that they don't seem to be drying off all nice and fluffy. I know the humidity is high, but I thought they should dry off.

Hello world!

I was also wondering if my eggs were even viable. I sadly do not have any pictures of them, but I can tell you what they looked like. 1 of them was completely clear and was not viable, and 4 other ones were blacked out except for the air cell, and the bantam egg had a little red blob in the middle but no veins. The cracked one did not have anything in it also.
