I heard from an experienced Hatcher and egg shipper that you can start the incubating immediately so the eggs do not get any older. She recommended that all shipped eggs be incubated in vertical turners and do NOT turn the turner on for two days to let the air cell settle. I am trying this now.
That’s what I usually do with any eggs that are not from my farm
 
Skywalker is an ebay seller that quite a few of us purchased eggs from. Quite a few recently have hatched out Bielefelders from him. I hatched out Svart Honas from him back in April/May. :)
