Photos of progress have been added. Not sure on tikes dimensions, but coop and run total 104 Sq ft. The coup sits on a platform, so we wouldn't lose the space underneath the coup. And the nesting boxes will be placed next to the coup with access from the coup instead of attaching it to one of the windows. We just put it on the platform next to it. Well, we will be putting on them platform next to it. I can get the dimensions probably tomorrow for the actual coup itself. In the area underneath the platform underneath the nesting boxes and the coup will actually be enclosed On all sides, except for one that way, they can get out still and go into the run, but also instead of having their feed and water. Taking up space in the coup. It'll be right under meet the coop under the platform if that makes sense.

The chicken wire that you stapled over the windows it not predator proof. Neither is the coop. Those gaps in the corners are greater than 1/2" and plenty of nasty predators can gain access there or through the chicken wire.
I would replace the chicken wire with 1/2" hardware cloth and figure out a way to close up the large gaps in the corners.
