My EEs are 7 weeks today and growing like mad. One of the chicks crowed today, he is so cute--pretty reddish/brown with silver feathers. Next week when they are 8 weeks I will post some pics, I have one that I can't figure out if it is a boy or girls, lol! I love all your pictures, thanks for sharing

I have three Easter Eggers!
From left to right is Oyster Cracker, she's about 4yo, next is Muffin, she's almost 7months, last is Willow, she's the white one, she's also almost 7months.

Just saw the pictures changed order, now the names are from right to left.

Not really, she let's me pick her up but rather be with her flock

One of my best hens is an easter egger
Here she is- absolutely massive girl, very sweet temperament(the best of the flock), and I get a fairly decent amount of eggs from her!
Her name is Cleo.

I’ve only posted in this thread once, but I suppose in related easter egger news, i’m saving up some of my hen’s eggs to hatch. 4/12 of the intended cleo eggs saved up to hatch, id be delighted if any of her babies laid green eggs too. Hoping for some fluffy cheekers too.

She hurt her leg about 10 days ago and I don't think it will heal, there has been no improvement. I have her in a crate but she will live in a bantam coop.

That's sad! What happened?
My EE/Rhode Island Blue mix (Shiloh II) hurt her leg almost two weeks ago and is still limping, though she is putting weight on it now.
