I eat breakfast at around 9:30, no lunch, just a snack of some fruit and maybe an energy bar.
Then dinner around 6:00
I don't know if that fits in with anything. I don't think I eat a lot, but my weight doesn't seem to go down now. I did drop 2 or 3kgs when I first cut out lunch, and started having a healthier dinner.
 
Wow, I read that title as "internet fishing" and for a moment I was very confused.

I am doing a modified thing. 3 days a week I do a light breakfast (1 egg, water) and skip lunch, then have a normal dinner. 3 days I do 300/400/500 (calories per meal). Sunday is my normal day to eat whatever. It's slow progress but I have some health issues to work around and this is what the doc and nutritionist are happy with. I don't make a big deal out of it really, people look at you funny when you tell them you're fasting.
