1 Week Old Chick, Eye Infection?

Any ideas how to treat this? Or what it's from, I seen another post to use saline solution & terramycin. any help would be appreciated

I havent seen anything like this but would highly recommend vetrimycin. FF and I think TSC carry this....can be used for any type of infection, and works good for eye infections. In fact I have heard of famers that have used it on themselves. I have used it on a rooster whos eye looked infected and it cleared it up within a day.
