10 day old polish-is this slipped tendon?

Please help me! We are new to chicks. 12 of ours are doing beautifully but this little silver polish started retracting her foot about 4 days ago. I was soaking it in epsom salt bath which seemed to help and yesterday morning she was running around eating. Then last night she favored it again. I took video and photos feom
This morning if anybody could please give me thoughts and advice. It’s like one leg is straight and her right leg is leaning forward.

Slipped tendon is when the tendon is out of place at the back of the joint.
To me, the top of her foot is swollen. Could the foot be broken? Possibly got caught in something?
