Chicken limping, maybe slipped tendon?

Hello, I have a seven week old blue English orpington pullet. She is limping, and is definitely favoring one leg. Someone was giving her away for free online because she can't walk, and so I picked her up because I thought I could help her. Her previous owner said that she has been like this for a couple weeks. I have been really struggling trying to figure out what the problem is. I at first thought it was slipped tendon, but I don't know for sure because the tendon doesn't look out of place. I'm going to start giving her some supplements and electrolytes but I don't know what else to do. Any help is appreciated.

I am not an expert but it could be a leg bone deformity such as varus valgus or a twisted tibia. Those are permanent and cannot be fixed. Have you checked for a slipped tendon? Those are occasionally fixable if discovered on the first day or two of life, but not always. Here is a link about slipped tendons:
