Could I ask for some advice?
I am new to trying to hatch peafowl. I have a Hova Bator with turner. I put 2 thermometers in it and a hygrometer. I keep the temp at 99.5 to 100F. The hygrometer stays between 60 and 70 percent.
I purchased 6 eggs online. 5 developed full stage but never hatched. One was a complete dud. Then, I bought 4 eggs from a local peafowl farm. All developed, none hatched. Then I had a woman give me 2 eggs to hatch. One developed but never hatched. The other was a dud. THEN, I had another woman give me 9 white bobwhite eggs. All developed. Three didn't hatch. The other all hatched. She also gave me 2 peafowl eggs. Both developed. Have not hatched and we are at day 37. At day 30, one was rocking a lot. Nothing since. No pip holes or marks at all. Just nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Also, I candle at day 14 and do not touch them again until 3 days before they are due to hatch. I remove the turner and place them on the bottom of the incubator.
