11 day old chick slighty congested. Need Advice.

I woke up this morning and noticed one of my 11 day old chicks sounds a little bit congested and seems to sneeze/cough every once in a while (not that often). The chick doesn’t gasp or anything like that yet and seems to be moving around normally, eating and drinking normally too but just sounds slightly congested. Is this the starting of something worse to come? Do you think it could be a side effect of the vaccine (Newcastle) the chick had on day 7? What should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! These are my first chicks hatched from my incubator. Thanks
