12/13 WO Blue Splash Orpington: Pullet or Cockeral?

Here's my Blue Splash Orpington "Eggetha" at 12 weeks. Any help on identifying if Pullet or Cockeral? The longer, curly tail feathers are what makes me think boy but the comb isn't red and the wattles aren't really developed. At 12, I'd expect that ...

I am just so worried. I had to find a home for a rooster and they are hard to place and didn't want to have to do that again. This one and my Brahma have me freaking out a bit. I have two other Orpingtons (buff and lavender) and they don't have long curly tail feathers but this bird is way bigger than them ... crossing my fingers you are right ...
