Got the PP, Joni, thanks! There is a problem. Shipping to 38468 is $6.38. BUT shipping to the zip in your PP shipping address (89131) is $11.10 or Flat Rate Priority is $9.30 (I'm using Flat Rate for these).

We found a farm house about 10 miles down the road 3 bedroom 2 bath 10acres fenced in 50 thousand It want go on the market for a few mouths. We need at least 5 bedrooms. So i don't know yet. I leave in a neighbor hood so we need to move to expand. But when I do I might want some
