12 week old with one eye shut?

My chicks are now 12 weeks old and one of them is hanging by herself this morning (they were all happy and peppy yesterday) She seems to be keeping one eye shut, but I checked her out and when she opens it the eye seems fine, no discharge or anything. Could she be working on her first egg or should I be worried about her?

Chickens start laying eggs between 21- 25 weeks old.
try putting some terimicin (sp) on the eye if it dose not get better.

there seems to be nothing visible wrong with her eye, it is just shut. She'll open it when I pick her up, she just seems lathargic and seems to be keeping separate from the others. I did just treat them for cocco... whatever, I can't say it or spell it, but I treated their water for 6 days because it's been so damp here and the coop was really smelly, so I figured better safe than sorry and got the meds...does anyone know if they get a reaction to the medicine? I just re-did my math and figured they are 15 weeks, not 12.
