Sounds like you've got the wound under control.
For the eyes, thoroughly wash them with a saline solution. Same thing that contact users use. You can get a cheap Walmart or generic version. Don't actually touch the eye with the tip of the bottle, but spray it good, and see if some of the goop isn't washed out. You'll probably have to repeat this twice a day for a few days.
Get some antibiotic ointment from a feed store. Most sell a small tube called Terramycin for around $8. After cleansing the eyes, put about 1/4'' into each eye. Try to at least get some in the eye. I know it's hard with a chicken. Again, you'll probably have to repeat twice a day after the cleansing.
Most likely the vision isn't damaged YET, but you want to get the eyes cleaned well, and treated as soon as possible.

Oh, and you can add Poly Vi Sol as well. A few drops to the corner of the beak twice a day, for about a week, and then once a day for a week. That will add some vitamins the chick might be missing while not eating well.
