you think so?? the only thing throwing me off is the tail feathers.She definitely looks like a little lady!![]()
I'm 90% sure, silkies are hard to sex sometimes. If she's 17 weeks that comb would definitely be alot bigger and you'd be seeing streamer feathers coming off the back of the head. The tail feathers can be hard at times as well. I have a few silkie hens that their tails look a little like that. At this point you have a 99.9% chance of a femaleBeluga is a few days over 19 weeks old!
No crowing, not much comb or wattle development. starting to get into the clucky stage, a lot of new feathers are coming in and poor baby got their first haircut after these photos (poof so large the lack of visibility kind of makes it difficult to walk).
I will never own another vaulted silkie after them lol.
