13 week Vaulted Silkie

y'all are giving me hope but these hard tail feathers are killing me lol. if they are a Roo (theoretically saying) is it normal for certain developmental delays to occur such as crowing or comb growth? they hatched July 20th so they are definitely about 5 months old...
At 5 months, there would be signs of a large comb, wattles, streamer feathers etc. I have a few hens whose tail feathers threw me off for a while. I still think you have a pullet! 😊

Pullets can have hard tail feathers. I have 2 hens that do. They are 1+ years old and both lay eggs. I don't have any photos where the feathers can be clearly seen, but here's the best I could find.
Now my cockerel (32 weeks old) doesn't have hard tail feathers at all. All he has is floof 😆. He crows every morning though.
So tail feathers can be deceiving. Especially in silkies.
Yours is a pullet. I'm 99% sure.
