She is quite light only around 1kg. I am afraid to cause excess which could be detrimental.
Her actual condition of calcium deficiency is detrimental, so administering additional calcium for 10 days will do her good, not harm.

When suffering from nutritional calcium deficiency, at first chickens will draw calcium even from their bones to produce an eggshell, which leaves them prone to leg problems and even breaking their bones in addition to the advanced effects you can see now.

I have a calcium+d3+phosphorus tablet for dogs, would crushing the tablet into crumble/powder form and then placed on a separate container for her free choice be good?

Put out a container of Oyster Shells.View attachment 2696519
Are all your other chickens laying? If so I would mix the Chick Starter and Layer feed 50/50 till the Starter feed is gone.
Myself I feed all ages a Starter-Grower feed 18% with Oyster Shells separately.
I haven't fed a Layers feed in 3 years. GC
What is the bird eating oyster shell? She looks so much like my Calico Princess 😍 She's an amazing layer

@ReiK I use Calcium Citrate + D3 Max anytime I notice that my girls need a calcium boost. I only have a few that need this occasionally. The others do fine eating oyster shell and crushed up egg Shells. The brand name is Citracal + D3 Max, found in the human vitamins at most stores. I'll get a picture of the bottle

This is the generic brand. I'm not 100% sure but I believe it's from Food Lion. It's not a good idea to give it to anyone that's not having problems. The tablets look HUGE, but my birds have no problems whenever I open their beak and gently place the tablet in the back of their mouth, quickly followed by offering them a treat to gobble up on their own. It'd probably be a good idea to offer the treat from above their heads so they don't bend down and allow the tablet to come up.

One other thing I've read. Be careful with any treats you're offering them. Excessive salt can cause many problems, but I read that one of the worst is egg shell quality. Treats in general shouldn't take up more than 10% of their daily diet.
I wish you the best
