Yes and it has a fan so temp would be consistent through it and you dont have to worry about top of the egg/bottom of the egg temps.

Yeah, I am going to retire my LG, even though i am only using it once. I've heard great things about the 1588 and it sounds worth it if you are spending all this money on eggs.

To make it worse, I just caved in and bid on 6 Toulouse eggs. I need to stop!

I just orderd my 1588 yesterday from G.Q.F I think it came to a total of $127.79. I really need to get it here because i orderd duck eggs and they should be here on wensday or thursday. Do you think it will get here by then? Also I couldnt aford a turner fot it so im gonna have to use my LG turner. Has anybody ever tried this before?
