After some measuring I figured out that the first post was set measured from the inside and the other end from the outside so back to square one.

Good thing they weren't concreted in, eh?

Gotta love using screws for construction

They were set in concrete for sure, made it even more fun to pull them out. For the second one I got out my big Hilti jack hammer/ hammer drill to split the concrete. Pulled both out with my farm jack.

Pictures say a thousand words except when they don't; correcting problems is always more time consuming that doing it in the first place.

Looks to me like you have made very good progress, the roof joists should go on quickly, as long as the "go juice" remains.
