17 week EE...single comb is now pink...how soon for eggs?

Title says it all. My EEs are now about 17 weeks. Two have pea combs and one has a single comb. The single combed one has turned pink over the last week or so, the pea combs not so much yet. Does that mean we are getting close to eggs? We just moved them to an outdoor run, so want to make sure I'm really checking the place over if we are getting close.

they typically lay 20-23 weeks, sometimes earlier - sometimes later.
