Attached are pictures of the 18 chicks hatched. So I have two roosters. A Black Copper Maran that is not solid black and the other rooster is an Ameraucana. The hens are Buff Orpington, New Hamshire Red, French Blk Copper Maran and Cinnamon Queen. Which one determines the color of the chicks? The rooster or the hen? Could I possibly get green eggs with these offspring?

It depends on the gene from the parents and what genes the offspring receives. It's not going to look just like your rooster or just like one of your hens - it will be more like a mix of both.

Assuming your Ameraucana is pure, you should get green eggs from all his offspring. More likely an olive color (which is still a shade of green!) if it's also from the BCM hen.

Thank you. After reviewing my notes, the second rooster shown is supposed to be a Blue Wheaton Ameraucana, but after looking at his colors I’m not certain, he is that breed or just an Ameraucana. Any one know if he a true Blue Wheaton?

He doesn't appear to be Blue Wheaten, but he does appear to be Wheaten. The easiest way to tell the difference is Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas have blue chests and Wheaten have black.

Here's a picture of a blue wheaten Ameraucana I used to own.

Ah yes, I do see the bluish grey on his chest. So I guess I have A Wheaton Ameraucana. He’s very sweet and gentle for a rooster. Too bad I don’t have any hens of this breed so I can get blue eggs. He was supposed to be a hen.🥴
