Haha LOL! they should fluff up after a day or two… walking around in the heat with a little bit of tumbling here and there will help the residue come off and make their down get fluffier

I really really hope so!Yes, definitely give him a few more days…some are just slower and take longer to hatch than others do. He’ll likely be just fine, but late hatchers sometimes mean weaker chicks that MAY be more likely to need assistance (NOT too early though). Give it some more time, and you’ll probably have another chick very soon!![]()

It seemed to just be weak. It pipped but never zipped. Idk if it was in a bad position or what. It was my first hatch so I didn’t feel confident helping but I really wish I would’ve ;(Awww I’m so sorry. Do you know why?
