Usually, it's understood by consumers that an ingredients label will state the ingredients in order of amount, the highest being listed first, and then the lesser amounts follow.

The batch is usually ready in 48 hours for the first time, and if you use a spoonful from the first batch to start the second, it takes just 24 hours. My chickens love the stuff.
