2 10 WK Old EE Poss. Roos. PICS!!! Need Confirmation

I posted pics of these little guys when they were 7 weeks old and was told, to my surprise, that they were roosters. I only have 4 hens and will have to get rid of one if they are both roosters. If I could get confirmation, it would make me feel better about getting rid of one of them. Can you confirm that they are roosters?

They both look like Roos to me but if I were you I would make sure befre getting rid of any. I would wait to hear a crow.
 
That is what I am thinking. I going to keep the banty and get rid of the EE (pictured in the bottom two). The banty is very friendly and loves to be held.

Know anyone near Spokane WA who is looking for a FREE EE rooster?
