Is it possible for you to hold any of the brooder babies until September 14? Or do all the buffs need to go by the end of the week?

Jody I just saw this and i know this was a hard decision. your buffs have really nice clear coloring and I have two pullets I saved from eggs I hatched from you and they are making a very nice addition. I totally understand. I am trying my best to downsize to make room for large fowl breeding pens.

silkeluver - I am so sorry and wish I could hold them longer, but I have 80 birds in grow out pens that need the space. I will let you know if anything changes and I happen to have extras left over to that date.

Bama - I'm sure you can relate. In addition to making room in some of our pens here and cleaning out some stock, we are getting ready to put in another big coop. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go there, but all coops will not always be filled and the space is mostly needed for growing them out, as we all know how long it takes to know if something is the right quality or not to stay here - especially orps and araucana. A lot of tough decisions happening daily. I know in the end it will be a good thing, so I keep my eye on the goals. Those who know me, know I only do what I think is a contribution to all poultry enthusiasts. I truly think I am going in the right direction and will have some fun projects over the next few years.
