We really wanted bantams and they only sell them straight run. 4 out of the first 4 are boys.

These are my daughter's first pets, and we raised them from babies, and we'd both like to keep all if we could. We are hoping they find a home nearby. The most handsome, a golden laced cochin has an attitude, but isn't mean, and we need to rehome him first because he seems the most frustrated surrounded by boys and no mature females. It's a shame to let him go because he's just so pretty, and was the sweetest of all the chicks until a recent hormone surge.
A family member is willing to take one, and doesn't really care which one, so I'll decide that based on rehoming responses I get. Basically if there is a family that would give lots of love and attention that is our preference over our family member where he know he'll be fed and not eaten, but they are just do us a favor because they already have chickens, but they don't dote on them.
I've included pictures of all three. Black cochin is quite sweet, and my favorite, but my daughter insists we keep her frizzle rooster. The buff silkie mix is very endearing. He's not that bright, or handsome, is prone to dramatics, and kinda awkward, but he's sweet, and approaches me to coo and converse with me ever after I helped him out of the woods after a predator scared them all off. He's pretty heartwarming, and makes us giggle. I wish they could stay.
