2 day old chick won't move and stands still in 1 spot breathing hard.

Omg...i have an escape artist goat. We have found so many things around the house to mend and patch the fence its hilarious lol. She still gets out the little turd. The one on the left is my houdini, lilo. The other is Nani, she's too fat to jump the fence so she just tattles on her sister and then yells at her from inside the fence. We are never bored here lol. Hope this.offers a little comic relief. I love my babies. They can always make me smile

lol. i had a goat, it ate everything so my dad got rid of it when i was a kid.

i made it out of 2x2in wood posts and wrapped it on the outside with 1/16th square aluminum
mesh fencing so i can move them outside with the hen so she can get used to them and not kill them( my friends idea to introduce the chicks to my 2 year old hen. I can't expand it, i didn't think of using a card board box. figured the heat lamp would catch it on fire.

I found an extention cord and now i can put the lamp properly. so i moved them into the bathroom in the tub. i also took out the divider to see if they going to be aggressive with the lower temp and for 5 mins sooms ok now. the chick is being nice and not fighting
and now both are scare of me and not attacking me.

That's a nice looking build. I think the lamp is still too low - see how the chicks are in the corner avoiding the heat? Still too hot:(
They don't have enough room to move from the heat.

I usually try to have chicks outside within 1-2 weeks at the most. I use a heating pad for heat - I make a "cave" they can go under when they want to warm up. Works well.

they are only 3 days old. and it was alot lower before. i moved it up to the top, i know it looks odd from my camera angle but the cage is 2 feet tall. its 2ft by 2ft by 1ft i made it skinny one way to fin in the coop door. it slides right in where the nesting boxes are

edit, no they just running from the camera, they sitting on the plate now cuddling together. temp says 79 in the cold side and 83 in the hot side.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Lil Baby 😪

Give it a little time and try at those temps and see how they do. Those temps may fluctuate too since you just moved the box too.

If only 3 days old, they may need a little more heat on the warm side, but the cool side should be o.k.

That is just too hot.
Can you raise the lamp to get the temp down to 85 or even 80ish.

For a 4 day old chick, 94 degrees is fine. It is recommended that the brooder be between 95 t 100 for the first week of life, decreasing the temperature 5 degrees each week thereafter. It wasn't too hot, not by a long shot. 80 degrees for a 2 day old chick is not hot enough.
