2 days old chick cannot lift head

My anacona baby chick that I had to carefully help out the egg as she was overdue and able to push the egg open. I've been feeding her electro water I think they call it, vitamin e & b. I try to mash up food to give her using a syringe but isn't keen. What else can I do to help her? She cannot lift up her head and prefers to keep your eyes closed.

Where are you located? The vitamins are good, but if you can get Poultry Nutri-drench or Poultry Cell vitamins, give 1 ml each day by mouth. It includes selenium and vitamin E, among other vitamin, minerals, and nutrients. she may have wry neck or just be too weak to hold her head up. Good luck with her. Welcome to BYC.

Thanks for the reply. I'm located in Australia. She chirps so loud which makes me doubt she is weak.
