2 month old duck not able to walk, keeps flipping it self over onto its back

Hello, I just took a 2 month old ducking in to my rescue and this little guy is not able to walk and keeps flipping over. I have had a couple like this before and they had responded well to Niacin but I don't know how this little guy will do since he is a bit older. Does anyone have any experience?

I would start with the niacin - or perhaps Brewer's Yeast or B complex - from what I have read on the Duck Forum, improvement is often noted within a week. I don't think the nervous system is finished developing, quite, at 2 months, so you may still have a nice window of opportunity for improvement.

This doesn't rule out the possibility of an infection, but it really sounds like niacin or B vitamin deficiency to me.
