2 week olds, one got pecked in the corner of her eye.

I have 6 - 2 week old chicks. One got pecked in the corner of her eye, it is not infected, but how do I treat it so it doesnt become infected?

I'd like to hear what others have to say but I've been cleaning out my chicks eye with saline solution for contact lenses and a dab of neosporin with a qtip. That being said I am a complete newbie!

neosporin is okay to use in eyes and you can also by eye meds at the feed store just apply it as the newbie said.
