That's part of the reason I like quail eggs: You can't see in them at all, so you can't candle. It's annoying and worry-free all at once

I want quail, though no one on BYC seems to be selling eggs right now. Odd.
Thank you, I was very worried it's my first time with them a friend had some and since I was I planning a hatch anyway well you know the more the merrier lol but I could already see my rir, buff, and br starting to develope. My Welsummers from my first hatch were unidentifiable until Day 9 when I could tell one was clear. With dark shells I recommend waiting until Day 10 to worry.
How does quail taste?
Good luck with hatches. Sorry about your Wheaten. I think I'm going to lose all of my Blue Laced Red Wyandotte eggs. I'm excited about lavender though. I have lavender ameraucana in my incubator too. Fingers crossed for you.
Everything tastes better wrapped in baconIt's all dark meat. I can't think of anything to compare it to but it does taste better wrapped in bacon imo. Thanks, sorry about your BLRW. I want to get more lavender ameracaunas but can't find them anywhere. These came eggs from a member here. Hoping all else goes well on your hatch. Good luck!
