Awesome! I'm a big fan of homemade soaps.
oh yes!!! I would set those two nice darks in a basket to hatch separate and then zip tie ankles after hatch! so you know who they are! nice eggs! how did air cells look?
oh no!!! eeeeek never had anything like that! whatcha gonna do for that? One of my broodies seems to have come down with chicken pinkeye. Her eyes are all icky and gummed shut. I'm going to give her eggs to the other broody & I will probably have to isolate the sick one. Bummer, cause I was hoping to have the two of them raise the chicks together. Oh well, I'll bring her to the vet today & see what she says.
thats cool!
oh darn!Aww, love them, congratulations! Any more? I think I am giving up on silkies..period. :/ I don't even want to talk about my hatch. One of them has a leg that I could try helping, but it's too crooked I think. Will try.
Thanks sally- I -peeked- With a candler in hand again late last night and the cells looked a lot better! one actually was not rolling last night. so i have 3 or 4 that don't have rollers
WOWZAAAAAZOOKA!!!! YAYAYAYAA
Don't sweat it!
Those readings are all close enough for good hatches. It is more important to watch air cell growth and adjust humidity based on that.
